Sugar Delites Shipping Policy
Sugar Delites is located in Manistee, MI (United States). All packages are sent via USPS Priority mail or FedEx service, unless requested otherwise. Express and 1st Class services are available upon request. PLEASE contact us with your list of items and postal code. We can then give you accurate shipping options. Shipping options listed on the site may NOT be accurate. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: WE MAY BE ABLE TO SHIP IT LESS THAN THE SITE QUOTES. Often that is the case, but we need to hear from you to be able to give an accurate quote.
All packages are shipped as soon as
possible, which in most cases is same day if the order is received by 11:30
a.m. EST. Packages received after 11:30 a.m. EST, may go out same day. If not,
they will be shipped the following business day.
Sugar Delites will refund excessive
shipping charges on all orders in which the shipping difference charged to the
customer is $2.00 or more than the actual shipping costs to Sugar Delites. In
this instance, the customer will be refunded within 24 hours of the shipment
time.
Sugar Delites will always ship
packages via the least expensive Priority Mail method in order to save customers
money on shipping charges, if possible. More affordable shipping options may be available if you contact Sugar Delites in advance of placing an order or before an order is shipped.
*EXPRESS Mail* For U.S. customers in a severe rush for an order, USPS EXPRESS Mail is available for $23.50 for a 15.5" x 9" legal sized flat rate envelope. This service is guaranteed to arrive in 1 to 2 business days, depending on location. If the items do not fit within the flat rate envelope, boxes are available, but shipping prices may vary. International EXPRESS Mail varies in price and is generally an estimated 3-5 business day service.
*International customers* We can fit several items into the Priority Flat Rate envelopes (15 1/2" x 9"). We also can give a quote with FedEx. Small cutters and silicone products fit the best, but if you would like an exact shipping quote, please send us your address and a list of items that you are interested in. Flat Rate Envelope (15 ½” x 9”), up to 4 lbs. $24.95. This is a great value if the items fit into the flat rate envelope. We can fit a lot of items into these, especially cutters and molds.
Small Flat Rate Box (8 5/8” x 5 3/8” x 1 5/8”), up to 4 lbs. $24.95
Medium Flat Rate Box (13 5/8” x 11 7/8” x 3 3/8”, or 11" x 8 ½” x 5 ½”), up to 20 lbs. $44.99

Sugar Delites Return Policy
Sugar Delites only accepts product returns on defective products. A product must be deemed defective within 14 days of receiving the product from Sugar Delites. If this is the case, please contact Sugar Delites first for instruction, then the product has to be shipped back to Sugar Delites, in which the product will be fully refunded, along with the shipping charges for the return.
If you would like to return a product for any other reasons, please contact Sugar Delites. We understand that every situation is different. If an item is returned that isn't defective, a 10% re-stocking fee will be subtracted and store credit will be issued. The item must also not be opened or used and the packaging must be pristine. In this case, the customer is also responsible for the return shipping charges.
