Here is our current class schedule. If you would like
more info on a particular class, please let us know. Also, I can send pictures
of the actual flowers or pieces we will be making for each class. I have class descriptions
for each class as well. If you would like one, please ask! If you wish to find

If you would like to host a class that is taught by Jennifer Dontz, all she needs is a
place to hold the class (it can be a home that should be able to hold 10-15
students), a ride to and from the airport, and a place to sleep (a home is
fine). Minimum students required for a class is 8.
2023 Sugar Delites Class and Show Schedule
July 23-25, 2023-Manistee, MI (Sugar Delites): Robert Haynes returns to teach his stunning, botanically correct sugar flower techniques and methods. Robert Haynes class 1 is a full flower head class. You will learn how to make full flower heads (plus flower hairs if applicable) for dusty miller leaf, cabaret rose, hypericum berries, and dendrobium orchid. The leaf will also be taught if applicable and time is allowed. Cost for this full, 3 day class, is $590. Most supplies are included along with a daily lunch. July 27-29, 2023-Manistee, MI (Sugar Delites): Class 2 includes learning how to create a whole northern magnolia branch, including the flower, buds, leaves, and even the tiny hairs on the flower husk. You will also learn how to make a black diamond darwin tulip, including the petals, leaves, and yes, even the pistal. Cost for this full, 3 day class, is $590.
